Advantages of Perfect Pole Terminal
Each positive and negative terminal is cast with lead alloy and copper core terminals with internal threads. The combination of the pole and the compressed sealing ring can effectively prevent electrolyte leakage.
Monomer Structure
The forklift battery uses mature tubular positive electrode plate technology. The main plate adopts die cast grating. The active substances are stored in pipes made of polyester materials. The negative electrode plate uses traditional plate type electrodes. There are multiple micropores between the positive and negative plates, with a raised partition on one side. The battery cell shell cover is made of high impact and high-temperature resistant polypropylene material, and the shell cover adopts a heat sealing process to prevent electrolyte leakage.
Liquid Hole Plug
Each battery cell is equipped with a liquid hole plug to allow the gas generated during the charging process to escape. The operation of adding pure water through a liquid hole plug and measuring the specific gravity of the electrolyte.
Advantages Of Perfect Connection Lines
The flexible connection strip of a battery is characterized in that it is equipped with a pair of connection heads made of insulating materials, and a wire core wrapped in an insulating sheath is fixed between the two connection heads. The two connection heads are respectively equipped with middle holes. The method of fixing the connection strip with bolts for soft connection can make it easy and fast to remove the individual unit from the battery for maintenance or replacement.

Automatic Liquid Filling System
The automatic liquid filling system can add water to all battery cells in the battery pack from the center point of the battery system. The water filling safety valve of the system, as shown in the figure below, can automatically maintain the optimal liquid level of the battery cells, while also allowing the gas generated during the charging process to escape and the operation of measuring the electrolyte density.
