1、 Operation of end-of-life batteries

1. Operation of End of Life Battery: As the battery approaches its end of life, the electrolyte in a single cell battery decreases very quickly, and distilled water should be added daily.

2. Disposal of waste batteries: For waste batteries, extract the electrolyte and decompose the battery. Can we discuss whether to have the battery manufacturer recycle it.

2、 Other precautions

1. The battery pack has high voltage and is at risk of electric shock. Please wear insulated gloves during maintenance and upkeep.

2. The battery temperature during use should not exceed 60 ℃.

3. The surface of the battery should not store any maintenance tools or other metal items.

4. When it drops to below 80% of the initial capacity, a new battery should be replaced based on the results of regular inspections.

5. Electrolyte splashing onto the skin or eyes: Rinse with plenty of water and receive treatment from a professional doctor.

6. Electrolyte splashing on clothes: Immediately remove the clothes, rinse with water, and then rinse with weakly alkaline soap.

7. Electrolyte leakage: When the electrolyte leaks to the outside, immediately neutralize it with lime, strong carbonated soda, or carbonated soda, and rinse with a large amount of water.
